What a perfect birthday weekend it was! The weather was in the mid 70's and sunny on Saturday (my actual birthday)....GORGEOUS! My mom came early that afternoon with my neice and nephew. We all headed downtown Frisco to what I thought was going to be a very busy spot. It was the 1st annual Frisco Flower Parade, though I don't think many Friscoites got the memo because there were only about 20 people there! Nonetheless, it was a beautiful afternoon. We ate at Manny's...yumm-o! Grayson had his first bite of guacamole and refried beans and LOVED it!

The kids made flower hats, bounced in the jump house, and even rode a horse and buggy!

Then we packed them up and headed home for a quick nap and change of clothes and were off to the mall to get their pictures taken.

Grayson had only had a 30 minute nap the WHOLE day, so needless to say, he wasn't his normal giggly self....but he was still precious!

So, mom took the kiddos back to her house for the night, and I started getting ready for the last hoorah of my 20's!
We had a fiesta themed party with fajitas and ritas...my favorite!

Around 11 p.m., we started cleaning up and packing up, but don't think the fun ended there...oh no!
We headed back to the casa and started up a poker game that lasted till 3 a.m.!

We all had so much fun actin' a fool! It is just amazing to me how many truly, wonderful friends Kev and I have. There were about 20 people that showed, and each and every one of them I consider a Fabulous Friend! We are just so blessed to have so many great people in our lives, and though we don't see them near enough, we love them all SO much!
