We went to downtown McKinney tonight for some trick or treating at Scare on the Square. This was Grayson's first time to trick or treat (he was just a wee little thing last year), so I wasn't sure what to expect. Would he love it? Would he get scared of the costumes? Would he even get it???
The answer to these questions is "yes", "no", and "yes"!
He LOVED it!!
I'm not sure if he totally got it, but when he started seeing the candy filling up....he TURNED ON THE CHARM!

We pushed him around in his little car instead of the stroller and it was a hit!
He didn't want to hold the candy bag because he couldn't steer and toot his horn.....so Daddy came up with a genious idea:

Fill up the trunk! Grayson soon caught on and everytime we would say, "Trick or Treat", he would open the trunk.
I think this first picture was sucker #1.

We had to strip him down to his shorts for the ride home. He had sticky-sucker-juice from his head to his toes! I tried to take away #6, but he let out a wail so I let him keep it. After all it was Halloween!!!

We got home, brushed our teeth, ordered some pizza, brushed our teeth, took a bath to wash all the sticky off, brushed our teeth, put on our pj's, brushed our teeth, watched the Halloween episode of Yo Gabba Gabba, brushed our teeth and went to bed!
It was now time for mommy and daddy to get into costume and Halloween it up! We had a party to go to in Allen and Aunt Jess stayed to make sure Grayson didn't go into a sugar induced coma!

Ok I have to say SO CUTE to the first part of your post and SO WRONG :) BUT HILLARIOUS to the second part. I love you Missy you're SO totally my kinda girl! First day back to work today (UGH!), but nice to get back into it! looking forward to getting together soon!
