After a gazillion hours searching online, trapsing through about 20 houses with a toddler, making 3 offers on 3 different homes, getting my hopes up and my eager little heart broken twice, we finally did it! WE DID IT!!!!
WOO-HOO-HOOTIE-HOO!! (I DO NOT have the patience for this kind of thing!) At 6:30 this evening, our offer was ACCEPTED!!
Won't share house details just yet (don't want to jinx anything), but let's just say that my fingers (and toes and legs and arms ...) are all crossed that this deal goes through!
Thank you Sharon, for plastic happy-meal-keys, little bobble-head-doggies, sticky-sucker-hand-prints all over your paperwork, no popcorn ceilings, finding me some 2inch blinds and for helping make our wishes come true.....you my dear, are a God-send.

Congrats girl!!! I couldn't be more excited for you guys. Praying for a smooth closing and move!! If you need a moving guy to move all your stuff let me know. They are pretty cheap... $75/hr and they are fast. Our move from Oklahoma costed us only ~$700!
